Hash Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 c. chopped onion
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt (garlic)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Mix ingredients well; reserve 3/4 of butter and part of corn flakes for the top.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
