Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. water
2 c. pumpkin (solid pack, canned)
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
-
Mix with electric mixer.
Divide into 3 greased bread pans. Bake at 250\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 depending on oven, about 1 hour.
(Should be moist but not sticky.)
Pecans may be added.
Freezes well.
