Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled or 1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked or 1 ham steak, cubed
    3 tsp. parsley (optional)
    1 tsp. nutmeg (optional)
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Velveeta
Preparation
    Beat and scramble eggs, parsley and nutmeg.
    Cook just until almost done.
    Layer in greased 9 x 13-inch pan, eggs, sour cream, meat and cheese.
    Cover and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
