Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pecans (whole or broken)
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. dark corn syrup
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Prepare pastry shell.
    Mix together eggs, sugar, corn syrup, butter or margarine, vanilla and salt until well blended.
    (Use an electric mixer.)
    Stir in pecans and pour mixture into pastry shell.
    Bake 15 minutes, then turn oven down to 325\u00b0 and bake for 25 to 30 minutes longer.
    Cool and serve.
