Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken (4 breasts or use breast, legs and thighs to equal 2 lb.)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 box frozen peas
    1 box Stove Top stuffing
Preparation
    Bake chicken for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from bone; cut or tear into small thin strips.
    Put chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and sour cream into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Prepare stuffing according to directions on box.
    Spread or drop stuffing on top of chicken mixture.
    Bake for 30 minutes more.
