Ingredients

1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
2 (10 oz.) cans frozen pink lemonade, thawed
3 (8-inch) pie crusts (graham crackers or vanilla wafers)
Cool Whip and cherries (for top)
red food coloring
Preparation

Mix quickly the ice cream and undiluted lemonade. Add color to reach shade desired and place in pie shells.
Cover and freeze. Top with Cool Whip and cherry when serving. Great for hurry up delicious light dessert for a group.
