Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, softened
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c coarsely chopped nuts
    1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz.)
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix margarine, sugars and egg.
    Stir in flour, baking soda and salt (dough will be stiff).
    Stir in nuts and chocolate chips.
    Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake until light brown 8 to 10 minutes (centers will be soft).
    Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet.
    Makes about 6 dozen cookies; 90 calories per cookie.
