Western Pork Chop Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork rib chops (1/2-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 c. sliced, peeled potatoes (1/4-inch thick)
    2 c. sliced carrots (1/4-inch thick)
    2 c. sliced kohlrabi or onion (1/4-inch thick)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. marjoram leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown chops in oil in large skillet; season with salt and pepper.
    Mix all veggies with seasonings lightly; place in greased (Pam) 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Pour cream of mushroom soup over potato mixture.
    Top with pork chops.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 hours or until chops and vegetables are tender. Serves 6.
