Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 frozen pie crusts
    1 pt. whipping cream
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. loosely grated Swiss cheese
    1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 pieces cooked bacon or sausage
Preparation
    Whip together the eggs; add the whipping cream, cheese and onion.
    Place the bacon or sausage into the pie crust; add the filling.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
