Chicken Or Fish Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. medium dry sherry (can substitute orange juice)
    1 1/2 tsp. peeled, grated ginger root
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, soak desired meats in marinade at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
