French Onion Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (4 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
    1 1/2 c. water
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute rice in butter in skillet or saucepan until lightly browned.
    Add soup mix and water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with a fork and sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
