Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. flour
    pinch or two salt
    6 Tbsp. cold water
    3 or 4 egg yolks
    juice of 3 or 4 fresh lemons (about 1/2 c. juice)
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    2 c. boiling water
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    In iron skillet, mix the sugar, flour and salt.
    Add the cold water, mixing well to make a paste.
    Add the egg yolks; mix well. Add juice of lemons; mix well.
    Cut up the butter or margarine. Add 1 cup boiling water, stirring well.
    Add another cup of boiling water, stirring constantly.
    Cook until thick.
    Remove from fire; let set 5 minutes.
    Beat well.
    Let cool and pour into baked pie shell.
