Macaroni Beef Skillet Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. elbow macaroni
1 c. diced onions
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
freshly ground pepper
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation

Cook the macaroni in boiling water according to package directions.
Drain and set aside.
Saute meat, onion and garlic in oil until the meat loses its pink color and onions are tender. Add pepper, tomato sauce, drained mushrooms, Worcestershire and Italian seasoning.
Bring to a boil and simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
Mix in the macaroni and simmer about 5 minutes more. Makes 8 servings at about 270 calories each.
