Make Ahead Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground round
    3 eggs
    1 c. Progresso bread crumbs
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1 Tbsp. McCormick minced onion
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; do not overmix! Shape mixture into 24 meatballs. Place formed balls onto a cookie sheet sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Place cookie sheet with meatballs into freezer. Once meatballs are frozen, transfer them into a plastic freezer bag. Store in freezer until ready to use. Meatballs may be defrosted and baked or baked frozen. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes if frozen, 15 to 17 minutes thawed. Always cook to an internal temperature of 160\u00b0.
