Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 c. water
 
1 c. diced potatoes
1 c. chopped broccoli
3/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. skim milk
1 pkg. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
- 
                            Simmer on medium heat until tender the first 6 items for about 20 minutes.
 
Add next 3 items, stirring constantly until thick. Stir in 4 1/2 ounces processed cheese (Cheez Whiz or Velveeta light).
Stir until melted.
