Banditos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. Accent
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 large chopped onion
garlic salt to taste
2 small (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
3 small (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
6 c. water
Preparation

Simmer above ingredients for 40 minutes.
Add 2 cups cooked rice (if desired).
Serve over tortilla chips.
Add a layer of each of the following:
lettuce, tomatoes, grated cheese, onions, avocado, black olives and green pepper.
Top it off with sour cream and picante sauce. Each person can pile their own dish according to what they like.
(Chop onion, avocado, olives, tomatoes and green pepper small; the flavor is better that way.)
