Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour (plain)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 c. very warm water
    2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    cornmeal
    1 small jar Ragu mushrooms and green pepper spaghetti sauce
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. sausage or desired toppings
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix 1 cup flour, sugar and undissolved yeast. Add water and margarine to dry ingredients; beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Add 3/4 cup flour; beat at high speed 2 minutes. Stir in enough flour to make stiff dough.
    Knead 8 to 10 minutes. Set in greased bowl; turn to grease top.
    Cover; let rise until double, about 1 hour.
    Punch dough down.
    Divide in 2 balls.
    Roll and stretch to fit pans.
    Place on greased baking sheets, sprinkled with cornmeal.
    Shape edges of crust into a standing rim of dough.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Spread with sauce. Sprinkle with browned and drained sausage.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake about 10 minutes more.
