Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes, thinly sliced (7 or 8)
    10 small green onions and tops, chopped fine
    2 small cans sliced mushrooms
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook onions and mushrooms in butter until light brown; add soup.
    Remove from flame and add whipping cream and pepper.
    Stir until smooth.
