Welsh Rarebit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
    4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    toast triangles
    paprika
    cooked, crumbled bacon
Preparation
    Melt butter in large saucepan.
    Add flour.
    Cook, stirring, until bubbly.
    Add next 5 ingredients; stir until thick.
    Add cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Do not overcook.
    Pour over toast triangles.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Add bacon.
    Serve immediately.
