Dinner In A Snap - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. dry sherry or water
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. long grain rice
    1 c. water
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Place rice in a greased loaf pan.
    Top with chicken and mushrooms.
    Mix water, soup and sherry.
    Top with cheese.
    Cover snugly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until chicken and rice are done.
