Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    butter
    1 lb. pork sausage
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
    1 to 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Remove crust from bread; spread with butter on both sides. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cook sausage until crumbly; drain well.
    Spoon sausage over bread; sprinkle with cheese.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard; mix well and pour over cheese. Cover pan; chill overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until set.
