Parmesan Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken wings, cut up
    1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 heaping Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. fresh or dried chopped oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cut tip from each wing and discard. Cut wings into two pieces.
    Mix cheese, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper together; place on a dry tray or baking sheet.
    Dip each piece of chicken into melted butter, then roll in cheese mixture, coating well. Place on a greased baking sheet.
    Bake for 45 minutes, turning when brown.
    Makes 8 servings as appetizers or snacks.
