Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 boneless sirloin steak
    1 8 oz. container sour cream
    small pkg. mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. diced onion
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Cut sirloin into bite size pieces and brown in frying pan.
    Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
    Saute onions and mushrooms.
    Add to browned sirloin.
    Add 8 ounces sour cream and stir over low heat.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
