Rigatoni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. rigatoni or rotelle macaroni
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 large green pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 (28 oz.) cans Italian plum tomatoes, chopped *
    4 big handfuls shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    *Use as much juice as needed without making too runny.
