Cheeseburger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. buttermilk biscuit mix
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown ground beef with onions.
    Drain.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Spread in bottom of a greased pie plate. Top with cheese.
    In a blender, blend milk, eggs and biscuit mix. Pour over cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
