Graham Cracker Crumb Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. each: baking soda and salt
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. margarine, softened
2/3 c. granulated sugar
2/3 c. packed light brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Stir together the flour, baking powder, soda and salt; mix with crumbs.
Set aside.
In large bowl, cream butter and sugars. Beat in eggs (one at a time) and vanilla; beat until fluffy.
Add flour mixture to egg mixture alternately with buttermilk, beating just to blend.
Stir in walnuts; spread in greased 8 x 11-inch pan.
Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes, or until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
