Japanese Shrimp Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp
4 Tbsp. sherry wine or lemon juice
2/3 c. soft bread crumbs
6 Tbsp. melted butter
4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Place shrimp in single layer in shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with wine.
Combine crumbs, butter, parsley, garlic salt and paprika; sprinkle over shrimp.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with sprigs of parsley before serving.
Serves 6.
