Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground cranberries
grated rind of 2 oranges
juice of 2 oranges
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 c. diced celery
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
2 envelopes Knox gelatine, dissolved in 2/3 c. cold water, then add 1/3 c. boiling water and stir
Preparation

Add all ingredients to dissolved gelatine. Mix well. Chill in the refrigerator.
