Scalloped Potatoes With Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. milk
2 to 3 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
3 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 c. cubed processed American cheese
1 c. cubed fully cooked ham
Preparation

Cook potatoes in butter until evenly coated.
Add water. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 14 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Combine milk, soup mix and parsley. Stir in cheese.
Pour over potatoes.
Add ham.
Cook until cheese is melted and sauce is smooth.
Stir gently.
Ready in 30 minutes or less.
