Pork Marengo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pork, cut in 1-inch cubes
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. oil
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 tsp. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
dash of pepper
Preparation
-
In skillet, brown meat and onions in hot oil.
Transfer meat and onions to slow cooker and add remaining ingredients to skillet, scraping browned bits from bottom.
Pour over pork.
Cook on high heat for 4 to 6 hours.
Thicken gravy.
Serve over hot rice.
