Paradise Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 large pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. whipped topping mix
1 small pkg. mixed fruit flavored gelatin
Preparation

Let cream cheese soften.
Mix gelatin with 1 cup hot water; place in refrigerator until thick, but not congealed.
Drain juice from pineapple.
Follow directions on whipped topping mix package. Whip to desired consistency and add cream cheese and beat thoroughly.
Mix pineapple, nuts and cherries together.
Fold into cream mixture and then add gelatin, mixing all ingredients well. Pour into 8 or 9-inch dish and congeal.
