Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium potatoes
    flour
    bacon drippings
    salt
    pepper
    milk
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut in rounds.
    Spray 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with Pam.
    Place a layer of potatoes in pan; add salt and pepper to taste and dribble bacon drippings over potatoes.
    With a tea strainer, dust lightly with flour.
    Repeat until all potatoes used. Pour milk over top layer; cover with foil and bake in 350\u00b0 oven approximately 45 minutes.
    Remove foil and brown lightly.
