Ingredients

1/4 box gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 egg whites
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in cold water, then hot water.
Add lemon juice and sugar.
Set aside until quite thick.
Then beat until light, fluffy and white.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Beat together.
Chill.
Serve with custard.
Great with Christmas dinner!!!!
