Pear Mincemeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 lb. pears
    3 oranges
    1 lemon
    2 lb. dried apples
    1 lb. raisins, currants, peaches
    1 c. fruit juice
    1 c. vinegar
    7 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cloves, cinnamon, salt and allspice each or to taste
Preparation
    Grind fruit and boil about 1 hour.
    Pack and seal.
