Shrimp And Clam Fettucini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. box fettucini
    1 lb. large shrimp
    1 can minced clams
    6 cloves garlic
    Locatelli cheese
    olive oil
    cornstarch
    parsley
Preparation
    Peel and devein shrimp.
    Saute garlic in olive oil slowly. Add shrimp.
    Strain clams (keeping the juice).
    Add clams and mix, then add juice until warm.
    Add cornstarch to thicken.
    Mix shrimp and clam mixture to cooked fettucini.
    Mix with parsley and Locatelli cheese.
