Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 small pkg. strawberries, thawed
1 egg white
1 c. sugar

Preparation

In a large bowl beat all ingredients with electric mixer (high speed) for 20 minutes.
Pour into 2 (9-inch) pie shells and chill. Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip before serving.
