Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 med. onion
    1 lg. potato
    1 can evaporated milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain. Place ground beef in bottom of casserole dish. Add layer of sliced onion and layer of sliced potato. Pour evaporated milk over top and add salt and pepper. Bake in 400 oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and add layer of cheese on top. Return to oven until melted.
