Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

small bag Pepperidge Farm herb dressing (not cubes)
3 lb. chicken breast
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken or mushroom
1 can cream of celery
2 c. reserved chicken broth
Preparation

Cook chicken about 1 1/2 hours.
Remove skin and bones.
Cut into pieces and set aside.
Melt butter and add dressing.
Mix well.
Mix broth and soups together over medium heat until heated through.
Pour 1/2 of dressing and butter mix into bottom of pan. Layer all of chicken over this.
Finish with the rest of dressing mixture.
Pour hot soup mixture over entire pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
