Ingredients
    4 large baking potatoes
    2 c. broccoli florets
    2 c. cauliflower florets
    2 c. carrots, sliced diagonally
    1 c. onion, sliced thinly
    1 c. zucchini slices
    2 c. Gravy (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Wash and scrub potatoes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Wash and prepare vegetables, cutting into bite sized pieces.
    Wait to steam vegetables until potatoes are 10 minutes from being done.
