Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. pretzels, crushed
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. nondairy whipped topping
    2 small or 1 large box strawberry gelatin
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Combine pretzels, sugar and butter.
    Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Set aside to cool. Blend cream cheese and whipped topping; spread over pretzel layer. Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups of hot water.
    Cook until slightly thickened.
    Drain pineapple and stir it and strawberries into gelatin when thickened.
    Pour over first 2 layers.
    Chill several hours until firm.
    Cut into squares.
