Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, sliced
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 onion, sliced
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can tomato soup
3/4 c. wine vinegar
Preparation

Cook carrots in boiling water until tender; drain and cool. Mix together remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 2 days.
Drain and turn into serving dish.
Makes 8 servings.
