Weight Watchers Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 slice day-old bread (made into crumbs)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. sage
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine ground beef (or turkey) and bread crumbs; mix well. Add salt, pepper, sage, cayenne pepper and water.
    Mix well. Shape into roll.
    Wrap into wax paper.
    Refrigerate 24 hours.
