Imperial Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fine soft breadcrumbs
1/4 c. minced parsley
2 tsp. salt
6 chicken breast halves, skinned
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Combine breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in melted butter.
Coat with crumb mixture.
Place in single layer in shallow baking pan.
Drizzle with remaining butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender.
