Fried Plantains - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 plantains
7 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. water
2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Remove the skin of the plantains and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Heat the vegetable oil in frying pan.
Cook plantains over low heat. Grind the garlic cloves and mix with water.
