Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 onion, chopped
1 small can mushrooms, drained
1 c. tomato puree or sauce
sliced cheese

Preparation

After baking, brush breads with melted butter to soften crust and to enhance color.
If you want a crisp crust, omit brushing with butter.
