Microwave Mexican Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. sausage, crumbled
    1 (29 oz.) can refried beans
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped chili peppers
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Place sausage in a large glass bowl.
    Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
    Stir several times.
    Add beans, cheese, peppers, pimento, parsley and remaining seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Microwave on Medium-high for 8 minutes.
    Stir after 4 minutes.
    Serve with corn chips.
    Dip may be frozen.
    Makes 16 servings.
