Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chunk pineapple
    3 eggs
    2 sticks butter
    4 c. fresh bread (8 slices)
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and save 1/2 of juice.
    Toss pineapple and bread together.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch greased glass Pyrex dish. Cream eggs, butter and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Add 1/2 juice of pineapple; mix well again.
    Pour mixture over pineapple and bread. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, uncovered, in middle of oven.
    Good with pork or ham.
