Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 egg
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. Velveeta
    salt and pepper
    5 or 6 crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook
    squash
    and
    onion until tender. Drain. Add other ingredients and beat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
