Marinated Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
    2 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 cloves crushed garlic
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well in glass bowl or jar. Marinate chuck roast or other cuts of beef at room temperature for at least 4 hours.
    Grill to taste.
