Rice The Fast Way 2(Servings: 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 c. rice
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In 4-quart pressure cooker, place approximately 1 1/2 cups water or until about 2-inches of water is in bottom of cooker. Place 2 1/2 to 3-cup stainless steel bowl into cooker on top of water.
    In bowl, place rice, 1 1/2 cups water and salt.
    Seal cooker and bring to steady rock for 5 minutes.
    Wait for pressure to escape before unsealing.
